On Tuesday, November 28th, 2017 at 2:19PM; We were alerted among many other mutual aid department's on the Brush Task Force to assist the Gettysburg Fire Department with a large wildland fire on the Gettysburg National Military Park property. The fire spread quickly because of the wind and the tall grass causing 4 to 5 acres to catch fire. Command 1 placed the fire under control within an hour.

Units: Engine 201, Engine Tanker 20, Brush 20, Traffic 20.
